Brain Boosting Breakfast Recipe

For a brain-boosting breakfast, try a Spinach and Avocado Breakfast Wrap. This recipe is a nutrient-dense way to start your day, fueling both your brain and body.  

Ingredients

      •     1 whole wheat tortilla 
      •     1 ripe avocado, mashed 
      •     1 cup fresh spinach leaves 
      •     2 eggs (or egg whites for a lighter option) 
      •     1 tablespoon olive oil 
      •     1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) 
      •     Salt and pepper to taste 
      •     A dash of hot sauce (optional) 

Instructions
Scramble the eggs in olive oil and layer them in a warmed tortilla with avocado and spinach. Sprinkle chia seeds on top, season with salt and pepper, and roll it up.
